ICANN will provide updates across a variety of its anti-DNS Abuse initiatives, including the new measurement platform, Domain Metrica, an expert study commissioned by ICANN about DNS Abuse, INFERMAL.

ICANN Domain Metrica: ICANN Domain Metrica serves as a comprehensive measurement platform, aggregating diverse datasets into a unified interface. Our mission is to furnish insightful statistics regarding Internet Identifiers, with a particular focus on domain names. This session will shed some light on what the platform is and how it can be used along with its development plans.

INFERMAL (Inferential Analysis of Maliciously Registered Domains) is a research project being carried out by KOR Labs and funded by ICANN. The goal of this project is to conduct an in-depth analysis of maliciously registered domain names, aiming to uncover cyber attackers' preferences and possible measures to mitigate abusive activities within the domain name space. In this session, the project findings are going to be discussed.
