  • ICANN81 Annual General Meeting will be held in Istanbul, Türkiye at the Istanbul Congress Center (ICC) from 9-14 November 2024. 
  • This will be a hybrid meeting with both in-person and virtual participation.
  • All sessions will be conducted during regular working hours in Istanbul, Türkiye (Turkey Time - TRT / UTC +3).
  • Prep Week (Online Only) will be held 28, 30 & 31 October 2024.

Session Details
The session objectives include opportunities to explore and develop concrete steps in which At-Large may collaborate with other ICANN community groups and org teams to support the outreach and engagement plans for the Next Round and especially the Applicant Support Program (ASP). Participants from SOs/ACs who are actively engaged in the ASP and new gTLD programs will be invited to participate in this discussion and in the brainstorming sub-groups.GSE teams will be invited to participate in the session as part of the regular org report on the Next Round/ASP activities.
