Nabeel Yasin is an ICT professional from Yemen, he holds master's degree IT and Internet Governance and bachelor's degree in computer science , Nabeel is a CompTIA A+ certified, MCP ( Microsoft certified professional) , MCSE (Microsoft certified system engineer) and MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) , he has almost 15 years of working experience as an ICT Team leader in Teleyemen the main ISP and internet gateway of Yemen. Nabeel is also an ICANN 73 & 75 Fellow, an Active member of ICANN APRALO, ICANN APRALO Policy Forum and a member of the Internet Society ISCO middle east chapter. He is the founder and CEO of newly established none for profit training and consulting center (www.nabeelyasin.net) that focuses on digital capacity building in fields of Internet governance, ICT, and digital literacy with an aim to reduce the digital divide and empower his community with digital technologies.
