About me
Adlin is a PhD student in Data Privacy Law at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She authored a book, "Cryptocurrency and Digital Assets Law in Malaysia," published by Thomson Reuters in 2020. She has presented several papers at conferences and won the UKM Best Research Paper Award (2021) and the IIUM Best Paper Award (2022).
Adlin served the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (SUHAKAM) as a Research Assistant for a research project on the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance (CED). Her experiences include working as the Editorial Assistant at the IIUM Law Journal. She has solid research and organisational skills, with proven successes in managing multiple academic projects and volunteering events. She participated in the IIUM Global Leadership Training Program in the United Kingdom and received training to be a well-rounded global leader. Adlin was selected as a NextGen for the ICANN75 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
