About me
I am retired from Antel, telecommunications provider in Uruguay, where I was in charge of Antel's companies outside Uruguay. Antel USA, Inc. in the USA, Antel Telecomunicaciones Argentina S.A. in Argentina and Antel Telecomunicacoes Brasil in Brasil. I am now a private consultant for some associations in the region.
