Fitec is a Science and Technology Foundation- since 1986. I am also a partner of a Consulting company on ICT & internet issues, helping companies to explore Brazilian market opportunities for 36 years. Have been twice National Secretary for Information Technology and President of the Brazilian Patent Office. Have also been general manager of a manufacturing microelectronic company. Teaches Intellectual property for business and Public Policy as MBA courses.
