ICANN81 Annual General Meeting will be held in Istanbul, Türkiye at the Istanbul Congress Center (ICC) from 9-14 November 2024.
This will be a hybrid meeting with both in-person and virtual participation.
All sessions will be conducted during regular working hours in Istanbul, Türkiye (Turkey Time - TRT / UTC +3).
Prep Week (Online Only) will be held 28, 30 & 31 October 2024.

Session Details This session will provide an update on the ongoing UA work by the Universal Acceptance Steering Group (UASG), Universal Acceptance Committee (UAC) of ccNSO, and ICANN org to promote the Universal Acceptance (UA) of all domain names and email addresses. UA is critical to achieving a more digitally inclusive and multilingual Internet. Those in DNS industry, software developers, email service providers, and policy makers who want to reach their audiences using domain names and email addresses in the language or script of their choice are encouraged to attend.
