Session Details This training will go through a fast recap on DNSSEC. Participants will then operate their own virtual server and learn how to install recursive DNS servers (resolvers) from scratch. The facilitators will explain all the procedures and configuration lines as you execute all the commands and do your own practice leading to a fully functional recursive DNS server. At the end of this hands-on lab, you will learn how to install and run BIND and Unbound DNS recursive servers with DNSSEC validation, some performance, security, and privacy considerations, and you will have performed some testing using the dig command. This session will be in-person in Istanbul only.
